Purchase a Build your Village gift card from our website. You have two options on how to receive the gift card; a digital e-gift card sent directly to yours or the giftees email or a postal gift card delivered in a beautiful, gift-wrapped box.
Alternatively, if you are visiting our site without a gift card, to shop for yourself, please go straight to Time to Shop where you will be able to browse all products and services. Simply add to cart and pay upon checkout'
Once the giftee has received their gift card it is time to start exploring our website! They will be able to search by location, distance or service type so it's lovely and easy to find the perfect option for them. But there is no rush; Build your Village gift cards have a 2-year expiry date from date of issue so your giftee can take their time.
When a service/product has been selected by the giftee they will enter in the gift card details at checkout, this will then allow them to purchase their choice. The giftee will be asked to provide contact information which will then be saved for future purchases. If the giftee selects a service or product that is of higher value than the voucher they will be asked to enter card payment details to cover the balance remaining
Once purchased an email will be sent to the supplier notifying them. If a product has been purchased, the supplier will then ship this to the giftee at the address they have provided in their contact information. If a service has been booked, the supplier will then be in touch with the giftee to arrange a suitable time/date.
