Customer is gifted a Build your Village gift card
Customer finds your service/product using the search tool on our website
When the customer redeems their gift card against your service/product you will be sent an email informing you of this purchase along with their contact information. You can then correspond directly to organise a time/date for a service purchased or if a product has been purchased you will have the necessary information to post out the item to the customer.
Once the service has been completed or the product received, we will transfer the amount for the service/product to your agreed bank account, minus 20% commission (+VAT)
